In addition to the Study Race Terms and Conditions, students are also subject to the terms and conditions of the selected school, university, or accommodation provider.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell or rent your personal information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent and only use your information as described in our privacy policy.

Credit/debit card details or other personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared, or rented to any third party.

Transaction Currency

All transactions and online payments on the website are processed in Saudi Riyals (SAR).

For International Clients: Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued in accordance with the terms and conditions within 5 business days from the date of submitting the refund request.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

General Policy

By making a booking through the website with schools or universities, you accept and agree to the cancellation and refund policies set by the selected school or university, in addition to the Study Race Terms and Conditions.

Cancellations and Refunds by Schools or Universities

The full cancellation and refund policy of each school or university is available on the institution’s official website. If the student is under 18, the parent or legal guardian should review these terms. We strongly recommend reviewing the specific terms of each selected educational provider.

In general, the school or university will refund 100% of tuition fees, accommodation fees, airport transfer fees, and health insurance fees if the cancellation is made at least 4 weeks before the course start date. Application/administrative fees and bank transfer charges are non-refundable.

If cancellation is made less than 4 weeks before the course start date, the institution may deduct part of the tuition or accommodation fees, depending on its internal policy.

Cancellations and Refunds by Study Race or Rihlatuna for Travel Arrangement

  • Before submitting an official application to the school or university: 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, excluding credit card and bank transfer fees.

  • After submitting an official application to the educational provider: The total amount paid will be refunded, excluding the Study Race administrative fee (SAR 1000).

Additional charges such as courier or bank transfer fees may apply if the application was submitted via express mail.

Visa Refusal

If your visa application is refused, you must notify us immediately.

Failure to notify us more than 14 days prior to the course start date will result in the denial of any refund due to visa refusal.

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide official documentation proving the visa refusal, such as the rejection letter issued by the embassy.

Scanned documents must be sent via email to your educational advisor. A full refund for the course will be issued, and accommodation fees will be refunded after deducting applicable bank or credit card charges.

If we are notified 14 days or fewer before the course start date, an accommodation cancellation fee of approximately SAR 2000 will be applied.

Please note that each educational provider has its own cancellation policy regarding visa refusal and may charge additional fees. You can find the specific policy on the institution’s website.

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Visa refusal due to failure to attend the consulate or embassy interview.

  • Visa or entry refusal on the grounds that immigration officials believe you are not a genuine student.

  • Leaving the country during the study period and being denied re-entry.

  • Submission of falsified or fraudulent information.

Termination Policy

By booking through the website with schools, colleges, or universities, you agree to their termination policies, which apply when a student discontinues or withdraws from a course or accommodation after the start date.

If you decide to terminate your course after the start date, no tuition, accommodation, or booking fees will be refunded by Study Race.

Termination is considered a breach of the provider’s termination policy. If the institution makes an exception and refunds any amount due to special circumstances, Rihlatuna for Travel Arrangement will refund the student directly to the original payment method.

Payment Processing

Payments made by credit card or bank transfer on our website are processed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) by Rihlatuna for Travel Arrangement.
